NOTE- As with the HEX color code, the capitalization of the letters in a tag (VBulletin and HTML) does NOT matter when writing VBulletin or HTML.
STEP 1:
Start the planning.
Let us start simple by trying the letter "A". Design it in NOTEPAD
(WORDPAD woks too) using various characters. DON"T ADD TAGS YET EXCEPT
FOR <*BR*>! Another note is it is best to use <*font
face="lucida console"*> for this, as it will even out the letters.
This is [*font=lucida console*] in VBulletin. Don't forget to close the
FONT tag.

Add the glow.
Use the glow tags I described earlier. Let's use COLOR BLACK, STRENGTH
10 AND 4 (respectively), and HEIGHT 2PX. *notice that the entire thing
is still black.

STEP 3:
Add the colors, 1 row at a time.
Here, you will locate the picture's symbols, and enter the color coding
per line. I will put a separate picture for every line. For this, I
will fade from CYAN TO SILVER.
